Quint Valley Gun Dogs Boarding House

This project transformed an existing rural site into a fully functional dog boarding facility, starting with the original structure and expanding into a purpose-built space designed for long-term use. The process began with a full septic system installation, including excavation, tank placement, and drainage infrastructure, laying the essential groundwork for the facility. A new concrete slab was then poured to support the build, followed by construction of the boarding house itself.

Bathroom Renovation

This bathroom renovation involved a complete transformation from the ground up, beginning with a full gut of the existing space. The floor was re-leveled to create a solid foundation, followed by new plumbing installation and the addition of a custom-built shower. New laminate flooring was installed throughout, along with a new vanity and mirror to elevate both function and design. The project also included framing with floating walls, finished with drywall, texture, and paint, resulting in a clean, modern, and fully updated bathroom.
